What are your delivery options?

Wooden watches UK delivery

Wooden watches sent to a UK address will be posted to you within 7 days by Royal Mail second class at a cost of £3.95

 

Wooden watches international delivery

We also offer international delivery for wooden watches. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

The delivery cost for a wooden watch sent to Ireland is £5.95.

Watch delivery costs for all other international destinations is £10.25.


Furniture and artworks: You are always welcome to collect your artwork or item of furniture in person from Godalming in Surrey, UK. We are also happy to help you arrange a courier delivery. Please ask for an idea of cost before purchase as delivery costs will vary depending on location and the size of the item. All items will be carefully wrapped to keep them safe while on their way to you.

 

When will I receive my item?
 

Wooden watches will be posted to you within 7 days. We sometimes make them to order but if we already have your colour choice in stock it will be sooner.
Furniture and artworks can be collected in person or we can help you arrange a courier. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
There is usually a 4-6 week lead time for furniture commissions.
Bespoke pixel artworks take up to 3 months to complete.

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely happy with an item you have ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We want you to love your Orange Otter Design product, so please give us a call so we can discuss and sort out any issues.

 

What is your returns policy?

Our wooden watches can be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, please contact us within 7 days if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note we do not accept cancellations or returns on bespoke painted furniture or artworks, but if you are not completely happy with the item when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to love it, so will do all we can to make that happen.

For other furniture, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss any problems with your purchase.

 

Please note...

All our items are hand made so they will never have a factory-perfect finish. Instead they are made with love giving each one character. The furniture we work on is all preloved, and although we work for a clean and tidy finish, please expect some imperfections and signs of a life well lived.
