A truly unique vintage cinema seat refurbished to create a bold, brave statement chair.
 
This cinema seat is part of our Orange Otter Originals series - vintage cinema seats with a fresh twist. Although the original has sold, it can be recreated to order.
 
This single cinema seat comes with light blue powder coated cast iron fixings teamed with the striking Wave velvet from Linwood. We have finished this special chair with a unique hand painted design to the seat base to match the painted seat back frame.
 
The curved back wraps around you and the deep sprung seat and padded armrests add further comfort to the beautiful 1930’s Art Deco style. These cinema seats were designed to be sat in for long periods.
 
This cinema chair has been through our usual refurbishment process:
 
- strip, repair and refinish the wooden back, arms and seat base to reveal the lovely wood grain
- clean, shot blast, prime and powder coat the cast iron legs and seat brackets
- repair and replace the internal upholstery and padding as needed with equivalent natural and fire retardant materials
- finish the seat and back in a beautiful fire retardant velvet
- reassemble and fix to a painted wooden board
