We’re still able to fulfil orders and commissions during the current Covid-19 restrictions, but please be aware that some orders may be subject to delays.
We are experiencing longer lead times for some of the materials we use in commissions. We are able to keep a stock of general supplies, but some commission specific materials may take a little longer than normal to source and be delivered. We will always advise and update as part of the furniture commission process. We are still able to source furniture for you as required.
We currently have a good stock of wooden watches, so dispatch time remains the same as normal, which is within seven days of your order.
Furniture deliveries: we have been using contactless furniture delivery services with our customers. These are straightforward where furniture can be carried by one person, but require a little more organising when more than one person is needed. Please note that the nature of these contactless deliveries mean that our trusted delivery drivers will not be able to enter your property.

Can I purchase items from Orange Otter and still have them delivered during lockdown?
Yes, we have dispatched many items of furniture during the lockdown, with delivery drivers taking a contact free approach for delivery. We use the postal service for wooden watch deliveries, so these are also still happening during lockdown, although you are likely to experience a slightly longer delivery time.
How do I return my order if I am self-isolating?
If you wish to return a wooden watch and are self-isolating, so unable to return it to us within the 14 days, then please email us within 14 days after receiving your watch at email@example.com to confirm that you will be returning it to us when you come out of self-isolation. Our return policy is unchanged for furniture and artworks, full details are available on our returns page.
